I’m Heidi Sander, multi-award-winning poet and performer. I founded Pathways To Poetry after receiving my first award, as a way to give back to the poetry community and help others in developing their voice and following their creative dreams.
Over the years Pathways To Poetry has grown to include to include a multimedia course, a membership, a festival, a poetry prize and many other experiences designed to help people learn, write and connect with poetry.
As this space continues to evolve, my hope is that creating alongside one another strengthens the ties that connect us, supporting each other as we make art that moves, resonates, and inspires.
