With a background in the arts and communication, she designs workshops and keynotes that support individuals, leaders, and teams in cultivating personal clarity, team connection, and human-centred leadership.

Through her charitable work, she creates healing-centred programs for those affected by cancer and grief, ensuring these tools reach beyond boardrooms and into the heart of community care. Proceeds from each presentation are donated to charity.
