Heidi Sander
Award-winning poet
Award-winning poet, Pushcart Prize nominee and best-selling author, Heidi Sander’s poems have appeared in literary journals, anthologies, short films, musical arrangements and multiple artistic collaborations. Her latest poetry collections are The Forest Of My Mind and Plant Your Words. She is the founder of “Pathways To Poetry”, a multimedia online program that helps emerging and established poets develop their writing, publish their poetry, and promote their work. Heidi has been featured on CTV news, Rogers and various podcasts and media outlets.

Kim McCarthy
Award-winning visual artist
As a secondary school art teacher and department head in the Greater Toronto Area, Kim witnessed the cathartic healing and empowering forces of art for decades. She is an award winning and published artist working with the ancient medium of encaustic paint and mixed media. She has exhibited in numerous shows, juried exhibitions and coordinated community wide art events. Her work is part of many collections throughout North America and she was recently featured on CTV news.
